In the Divine theme, there are general settings for the Header. You should configure them first, and only then you can customize the header blocks on the front end. Go to the Online Store - Theme Settings - Header.

 

Here it is possible:

• Overlap with the main content. There is a field where you can specify the list of templates to overlap the header.
• Enable overlap header section on mobile.
• Show language selector. Mention, that your store must have at least 2 published languages.
• Choose the language selector position between the Header and the Top Bar.
• Show the country selector and choose its position.
• Choose the logo position between Left and Middle.
• Show the search icon only.
• Show uppercase for the parent menu items.
• Show bold font for the parent menu items.
• Show the switcher language flag.
