2. Add cart notes in Shopify

The cart notes in Shopify allow customers to share the order's special instructions. 

With the Charge theme, you can enable order notes on your shopping cart page. That will show a text area under Subtotal where customers are able to leave a note about the order.

To enable the cart note option, visit the Cart settings. In the Cart section, you can see the Enable cart note.
