2. Customize the search results page in Shopify

When you customize the search results page in Shopify, you can modify the results that will be shown.

To edit results on the search results page, visit Online Store - Search and click on Results block.

Here it is available to:

• Enable sorting.
• Enable mode toggler.
• Choose a listing mode between Grid and List.
• Set the number of products per page.
• Set the number of columns on the page. The option is possible when the Grid mode is enabled.
• Show the second image on hover.
• Show Articles.
• Show Pages.
• Choose the pagination type between the Pagination list, Load more button, and Infinity scroll.

You can also edit the Product Card settings. It is possible to:

• Select the badge size. Available values are Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large.
• Select the image ratio. Available values are Theme default, Native Image ratio, Square, and Portrait.
• Show a description of the product.
• Show color swatches.
• Show the Add to Cart button.
• Enable on-scroll reveal animation.
