Frequently asked questions section

The Relax theme allows adding the Frequently Asked Questions section to your website pages. Such a section is a quick way to provide key information and answers to common questions. This is how you can improve the user experience and establish trust in your brand store.

By default, we enabled the section on the Relax Beauty preset homepage. You can show/hide it by using a visibility badge. To add the section to another page or preset, please use the Add section button in the theme configuration.

To configure the section, go to the Online Store - Homepage - Frequently asked questions. Here it is possible to:

• Create a heading.
• Enable section full-width.
• Select the page. You have to create the page first. Learn more. 
• Choose the image position between Left and Right.
• Choose the title position between Left, Center, and Right.
• Set the question limit.
• Add a link to the FAQ page.
• Enable animated reveal.
• Show underlayer.
• Set the heading color and color scheme.
