Frequently asked questions

The Divine theme allows you to add a Frequently Asked Questions section to your website pages. This is an easy way to show key information and answers to common questions. Use the section to improve the user experience and establish trust in your brand store.

To add the section to the page or preset, please use the Add section button in the theme configuration.

Then you can easily customize the section according to your needs. Here it is possible to:

• Create a heading.
• Enable section full-width.
• Enable simultaneous expansion to make multiple questions open at once.
• Show in zigzag shape. 
• Choose the desktop content position among Top, Center, and Bottom.
• Choose the image position between Left and Right.
• Choose the title position between Left, Center, and Right.
• Set the question limit.
• Enable on-scroll reveal animation.
• Customize styles for the section.
• Select the image for the section. Note: You can hide the Image block by using the visibility badge.
• Choose the banner height among Medium, Adapt to image, Small, and Large.
• Enable inner paddings.
• Enable the preload image.
• Add a simple text to the Question and Answer fields. Note: You can add up to 5 FAQ blocks to the section, and we can still help you add more according to your wishes.
